Day 14

Breakfast

-Steel cut oats with brown sugar, cinnamon and handful of frozen blueberries-Used overnight cooking method- no waiting or measuring in the morning.  Click here for the recipe.  Used NO salt and no milk.
-Low sugar apple juice
Lunch
-Matzos crackers with natural/unsalted peanut butter
-Green grapes
-Banana
-Diet Coke



Snack
-Quaker Apple Cinnamon Rice Cakes- zero sodium (see photo below)
-1/6 of Southern Artisan Chocolate bar (see photo below)



Dinner
-Final Call:  Pumpkin and Black Bean Soup (see Rachel Ray recipe on Day 9 entry.)
-Mixed green salad with fresh tomatoes, yellow peppers and homemade balsamic dressing.
-Frances' Brownies (I had made the batch earlier and frozen some for an emergency :)  Find the LID recipe on Day 6. 

New Products Used Today

At last a bar of chocolate that works on the LID!  75% cacao; zero sodium; no dairy.  Purchased at Whole Foods.

Zero sodium; 50 cal. per serving.  Low sugar.
